





SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBIT INFORMATION
The MWCC 2012 conference is being held at the Lake at the superb site of the Lodge of the Four Seasons. We are working on an extraordinary lineup of workshops, keynote speakers and events.
To accommodate our growing size, the exhibits have been moved to the Hotel's Exhibit Hall. We will be holding all breakfasts, breaks, and both receptions in that Hall. All in all, a conference you won't want to miss!
We hope you will consider being a part of the conference by signing up as a sponsor or exhibitor.
Exhibit set up is from 12 pm to 10 PM on Sunday, June 17th. A reception will be held from 7 PM to 9 PM that evening and from 5 PM to 7 PM on Monday in the exhibit hall.
Exhibit hours are 7:30 AM - 8 PM on Monday, and 7:30 AM - 2 PM on Tuesday. Tear down is Tuesday after 2 PM.
