Internship Program

One of the major goals and missions of the Missouri Waste Control
Coalition is to foster environmental education.  To that end, the Coalition
is currently offering an Internship Program for its members.

PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT PROGRAM:

A significant portion of MWCC’s members represent organizations that work in many different facets of environmental management, regulation, education, and facility design and permitting. Some of these organizations are seeking interns who are interested in and/or majoring in environmental studies. MWCC’s goal for the internship program is to act as a central application point for students who are interested in working in environmental careers, and facilitate the placement of these students into internships with its member organizations. MWCC will provide completed application packets to its member organizations who will then contact the applicants based on the
need of their organization for interns and the qualifications of the applicants.
