Missouri Waste Control Coalition (MWCC)
is a 400-member not-for-profit organization. The statewide
organization is a coalition of citizens, businesses and
organizations which are concerned about the environment and the
proper management and disposal of generated wastes.
Annually, the MWCC
sponsors the Missouri Waste Management Conference, a conference that
has run continuously since 1972, making it one of the oldest
environmental conferences in the nation. Also, the MWCC publishes
a newsletter, offers periodic training throughout the state, and offers various other educational programs.
