Jeff Tracy will provide an overview of current and upcoming regulatory drivers and guidance for disposal of PFAS impacted material and considerations for waste disposal in the Midwest. The discussion will also include input from professionals in the waste transportation and disposal industry on current requirements and future outlook.
Mr. Tracy is a Licensed Professional Geologist with over 30 years of experience in environmental project management, primarily in the practice of owner’s representation for site and portfolio management; site closure strategy review and development; soil and groundwater quality investigation and remediation; spill response and management; vapor intrusion assessment; demolition planning and management; and brownfields redevelopment. Provided value added services for projects at oil refineries, railroad facilities, municipal sites, and a variety of manufacturing and commercial facilities.
Mr. Tracy strives to understand client goals relative to site outcomes and has extensive experience negotiating changes in remedial strategies at Superfund and State-lead remediation sites that are consistent with the client’s objectives.
